Refund policy

At Lorien Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that every order is delivered in excellent condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged products after delivery.

A return request may be approved only if:

  • The product received is incorrect.
  • The product arrives damaged or leaking.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Store credit (if preferred)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped.

If an exchange is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal preference regarding fragrance performance or scent profile.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
